Miley Cyrus and Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth are engaged to be married after three years of dating, their reps confirm to PEOPLE exclusively.
“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” Cyrus, 19, tells PEOPLE.
Australian actor Hemsworth, 22, who met Cyrus when they costarred in The Last Song in 2009, proposed on May 31 with a 3.5-carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane.
Next up for the couple: Cyrus is in the studio working on a new album, while Hemsworth is currently filming Empire State in New Orleans. He’ll also shoot Paranoia with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman before beginning production on the second Hunger Games installment.

Trainer Reveals the Workout Routine of Liam Hemsworth and the Other Stars of The Hunger Games
[Life&Style] The Hunger Games doesn’t open until March 23, but fans of the book trilogy have already bought tickets for the most anticipated film since Twilight. So could Peeta and Gale — played by Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth — be the next Jacob and Edward? Barry Landreth, the master fitness trainer at Biltmore Fitness in Asheville, N.C., tells Life & Style about the routine he developed for Josh and Liam to get the stars buff and in shape for their roles.
The Asheville Tourists minor-league baseball team trains at the facility, and Landreth reveals he borrowed some of the team’s techniques. “We did power lifting with four to six reps of heavy weights and then we counterbalanced that with 12 to 15 reps of moderate weights to build stamina,” he tells the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now.
Landreth says the program wasn’t just about increasing muscle mass. “Josh and Liam were super committed to their bodies and staying emotionally balanced so they could see the best results.”
And after an estimated 120 days of hard-core work the guys were definitely happy with the outcome! “They were ripped. I mean, they were flat-out ripped at the end!” Landreth says.
We can’t wait to see how their hard work paid off!

Just when I was thinking that Mmiley Cyrus looked all grown up and mature posing for photos at the Vanity Fair Oscars party with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth last night, a blind item comes out today, alluding to the fact that she insisted on having sex with Liam under a table. According to Blind Gossip:
This former A list tweener kept up her one person bucket list of s*xual experiences to try. She pouted and emasculated her soon to be very close to A list movie star boyfriend, but now just a B- until he agreed to have s*x with her under a table while people were sitting there. Very loud party. No bathroom sex for her. “Been there done that. Gross.”
While this obviously isn’t confirmed yet, all clues point to it being Miley. So let’s play Hollywood Detective (very different than Hollywood Squares) and see what clues we can figure out:
1. Miley’s definitely “a former A list tweener.”
2. With the Hunger Games coming out next month, Liam Hemsworth would definitely be considered “very close to A list movie star boyfriend.”

Well those three “definitely” clues alone are all I need to say that I’m 73% sure that this blind item is about them. And with that decided, all I have to say is “good job Miley!”

Liam Hemsworth Is Going AWOL
[Deadline] Liam Hemsworth, star of The Hunger Games and The Last Song, is in negotiations to play the lead role in the Vietnam era romantic drama indie based on a true story, AWOL.
Also in negotiations to star alongside Hemsworth are Austin Stowell, Teresa Palmer, Aimee Teegarden, Chris Lowell, and Max Adler. The film, which explores the anti-Vietnam war movement at the University of Michigan, is slated to shoot there this summer with helmer Danny Mooney, who will make his directorial debut. The script is written by Jim Burnstein & Garrett K. Schiff, who will also executive produce with Peter Pastorelli and Eddie Rubin. Chip Diggins (Route One Films) will produce with Patrick Olson.

Miley’s Brother Confirms That Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus Are Back Together!
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth quietly rekindled their romance earlier this spring, and the teen queen’s brother Trace couldn’t be happier for the budding power couple.
“We’re homies,” Trace, 22, told Us Weekly Thursday of his friendship with Hemsworth, 21. “I support my sister in anything she does.”
Miley, 18, began dating The Hunger Games‘ Hemsworth in late 2009 when they costarred in The Last Song; they broke up the following August, though they were spotted making out in Cyrus’ Mercedes Benz SUV one month later.
His sister’s love life aside, Trace told Us things are better than ever in the Cyrus household (his parents reconciled in March, just five months after patriarch Billy Ray filed for divorce).
“Everything is good,” the former Metro Station rocker said during the Billabong Design for Humanity Event in Hollywood. “We’re tight, so that’s all the matters. Life is good, so I can’t complain.”
Trace, who currently fronts the band Ashland HIGH, added that his sister recently recorded a song for his next album. “The song with Miley is called ‘Shot in the Dark.’ It will be out soon,” he teased. “It will be a single for sure!” [USWeekly]

Miley Cyrus’s Romantic Interlude with Liam Hemsworth in Columbia
Absence has apparently made Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s hearts grow fonder. It seems Miley has brought Liam to be with her on the Columbia leg of her ongoing sold-out Gypsy Heart Tour. The on-again/off-again couple were spotted the other day looking happily “on again” at Columbia Metropolitan Airport. They even posed for photos and videos with fans.
Although Miley Cyrus has always been uncharacteristically quiet and coy about her volatile relationship with her sometime 21-year-old boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, this time, she seems to be playing it straight and honest. One could even say she’s wearing her heart on her sleeve. Despite her ongoing feud with Twitter, Miley took time out on May 20 to apprise her followers of her love for Columbia and her Columbian fans, and her happy reunion with her “boo” Hemsworth.
“Thank you Columbia =] Had such a great time!,” Tweeted Miley. “So happy I was able to spend time and enjoy your beautiful country with my BOOOOO. XX.”
So, it looks like Miley Cyrus and her main man are reunited as a couple, and it feels so good. At least for now.

About The Characters

Although she has been snapped making out with Nickelodeon star Avan Jogia on her birthday bash, the “Hannah Montana” star has been hit with a rumor that she hasn’t moved on from her ex-boyfriend.
“She loves Liam and they can’t get enough of each other,” Zack’s source claimed. The inside source added, “I know they sext talk all the time and [Miley] has been finding other guys to be quite boring. She has a lot of personal issues going on, but I know she would love to try dating [Liam] again after everything.”
The “Forgiveness and Love” singer and her co-star in “The Last Song” have parted ways back in August, and his representative has confirmed the break-up news.
